I first realised the benefits of reflexology when I needed some TLC myself and a friend recommended I see a reflexology practitioner.
Reflexology made a big difference to me at the time and I knew I wanted to share the benefits with others, so when the right time came I retrained and left my previous career in building design to practice reflexology.

I offer 60 minute and 30 minute consultations.
At the first consultation I will need to take a short summary of your medical history, which will help me to tailor my treatment to your specific needs. We will need a little extra time at the first consultation for this.
